This granola is so healthy and flavorful. I've scoured the internet for recipes and have tried many of them only to come up disappointed. So, I made up my own. Toasting the wheat germ and the nuts adds such depth to this particular granola eliminating the need for any extra fat or oil.
I love golden raisens or dried cranberries, but you can certianly substitue whatever nuts or fruit to your own liking. Besides, one should be particular about what they start the day off with.
